  • Pirouline Chocolate Hazelnut Creme Filled Wafers
  • 1 shot of espresso or 1 fl oz strong brewed coffee
  • 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream (or gelato) 

Steps

Step 1

Pull one shot of espresso using an espresso machine. Alternatively, brew extra-strong coffee if an espresso machine is not available.


Step 2

Add 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream to a clear glass cup.


Step 3

Pour the shot of espresso over the ice cream.


Step 4

Garnish with a couple of Pirouline wafers and serve with a spoon.


Step 5

Feel free to add whipped cream and additional wafer cookie crumbles if desired.


Step 6

Best enjoyed immediately.
