Which Credit Cards does Pirouline® accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. As well as checkout on PayPal.
Is it safe to enter my credit card information on Pirouline’s® web site?
To insure the safety of your credit card information, Pirouline® uses Secure Socket Layer technology (SSL). SSL is a protocol designed by Netscape Communications that provides encrypted communication. This makes it impossible for anyone besides Pirouline® to access your private billing information.
Does Pirouline® share customer information with third parties?
Pirouline® does not share customer information with third parties under any circumstances. We value our customers and honor their privacy.
I would like my order to ship out on a future date.
If you would like the shipment of your order to be delayed, please make a note in the comment section.
Can you order items by the individual unit?
Unfortunately, we do not offer our products online by the unit. All orders are placed by the case. Please refer to the details on each item to know how many units come in a case.
If you wish to only purchase an individual unit, please contact us for information on local stores in your area that carry our products.
If I place an order will I start receiving mail/email from Pirouline®?
During the checkout process there is an option to decline from being added to Pirouline’s® mailing list. Recipient information is not added to our mailing lists.
How can I be sure that my order went through?
Once you have completed the order process you will receive an order confirmation number. If you do not receive a confirmation number this means that your order did not go through. Additionally, you will receive an e-mail notification confirming your order. Please note: If your e-mail address was not entered correctly, you will receive an order confirmation number, however you will not receive the e-mail confirmation.
If I do not have Internet access or do not wish to use my credit card online can I place an order over the phone?
Yes, please feel free to place your order over the phone. The number to call is 1-601-856-7454 x 104. Our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.

Are Pirouline® products guaranteed for quality and freshness?

If the item is delayed in shipment or not delivered due to an incorrectly or insufficiently entered address, will Pirouline® reship the item?
Because our products are perishable food items and cannot be restocked once they leave our facility, we cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed or not delivered because of an incorrect or insufficient address. Please make sure that the shipping address is absolutely correct before you submit the order.
Can I ship my order to a P.O. Box?
Unfortunately, the carrier we use does not ship to P.O. Boxes. When submitting a new order, please enter a physical address. Your order will be delayed if a P.O. Box address is submitted.
Can I return an item ordered from Pirouline®?
Unfortunately, because our products are perishable food items, once they leave our facility we cannot accept returns. We stand behind our items, if you are not satisfied, please email SwirlMaster@Pirouline.com or call 1-601-856-7454 x 104 so we can better serve you.
