Steps to Complete

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Chop half of your pecans very finely, or process in a food processor. Coarsely chop the other 1/2 cup of pecans and put it all in a large bowl.

Step 2

Pour the oats, salt, and brown sugar into the bowl with the pecans and stir to combine.

Step 3

Add melted coconut oil, honey, and vanilla extract and stir until evenly coated.

Step 4

Pour the oats evenly onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake the oats for 5 minutes, , and then stir them around.

Step 5

Return to the oven for 5 more minutes.

Step 6

Let cool completely. Break up in to small pieces in to a bowl and add chopped Pirouline cookies.
Serve with yogurt, milk, or eat it as is!
