Steps to Complete
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease an 8x8 baking dish.
Combine the eggs, egg yolks, half and half, sugar and vanilla in a bowl.
Rip or cut the croissants into bite size pieces, add Pirouline Cookie pieces, and combine with the custard egg mixture above. Allow to soak for 10-15 minutes. Pour into your prepared baking dish and back for 60-70 minutes or until the custard and pudding are set.
Remove from the oven and allow cooling slightly. Best if served warm.
*Optional – Serve with a fresh Pirouline Cookie and a side of vanilla or chocolate ice cream!
