Step 1

Melt your milk chocolate and coconut oil over a double boiler until smooth. Remove from heat and add shredded coconut and chopped Pirouline cookies. Add more coconut if needed.

Step 2

Drop spoon fulls of coconut-chocolate mixtire on parchment paper. Sprinkle with a little bit of coconut. Top with mini chocolate eggs to give it a festive touch! Let set up in the refrigerator. Serve and enjoy!
