Step 1

With a mixing bowl fitted with a paddle attachment, cream butter and sugar on low until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, one at a time, scraping the bowl after each addition. Next, add your oats, flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until just before it is fully incorporated, then add your chocolate chips and pirouline cookies to finish off the mix, until it all comes together.

Step 2

Set out 2 cookie sheets and spray with non-stick spray. Mold about 1/4 a cup of dough in to balls and place on the cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 9-11 minutes or until the edge of the cookies begin to brown. Place on a cooling rack, or eat while they’re warm and gooey!
